- MELT butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute onion and celery until softened. Add quinoa & grain medley and garlic. Cook and stir until garlic is fragrant.
- ADD water, stock, salt and thyme. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook about 28 minutes or until grains are tender. Remove from heat. Let stand, 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
