    Just as expected, next time maybe a little less butter

    it was delicious. improvised a little. Added chopped onion and bacon to the butter and used Italian dressing instead of vinegar.

    I loved it! I used Balsamic vinegar Plus bottled lemon juice since I had no fresh lemon on hand. Sautéed the beet green stems and onions in peanut oil then added butter toward the end while sautéing the greens.

    Onion, garlic, balsamic, delicious but next time I probably would not use the balsamic. Too sweet.
