    very nice, but had to cook longer than stated as the potatoes were very under done. My 10 year old fussy eater ate it all!

    it was amazing. i added kidney beans, a red sweet pepper and carrots to mine. then seasoned with 1 scotch bonnet pepper, garlic and herbs
