Description
Take a break from the norm with these grownup Popsicles made with milk chocolate, coconut flakes and raisin or muscatel wine. An added boon: since they're made with yogurt and feature no added sugar, they're fairly virtuous. If you prefer dark chocolate, feel free to swap it out in equal measure. You'll need ice-pop molds and 24 hours of advance freezing time to make them, so be sure to plan accordingly.

- Remove the casing from the sausage, break it up into small pieces, saute it for 2 minutes and remove the fatty juices from the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and the onion to the pan, then add the sausage and the wine. Allow the wine to evaporate for 1 minute on high heat.
- Drain the liquid from the tomatoes and add them to the sausage and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, drain it, and add the sauce with the sausage.
- Serve very hot and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
