  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 6 shrimp (mediums, peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 teaspoon tandoori powder (or other spicy seasoning)

    Directions

    1. Place shrimp in small glass bowl and toss with tandoori powder and juice of lime.
    2. Melt butter in medium sauce pan and briefly cook chopped scallions, celery, and garlic.
    3. Place salmon fillets face down in pan and brown for 3 minutes.
