  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 60 grams dark chocolate (85% cacao roughly chopped)
  • 40 grams butter (cacao, melted)
  • 25 grams psyllium powder
  • 5 grams xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp. gluten free baking powder (I 100% recommend Bobs Red Mill Double Acting Baking Powder)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamon (ground)
  • 1/4 white pepper (teapoon)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (plus extra for dusting top of loaf)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. sweetener (powdered, for dusting)
