    Fannntatastic! Tender and full of flavor. The perfect blend of spices. I used my rotisserie and it’s going to be the way I do all my roasts. Internal temp. to 160 degrees then rest for ten minutes. It turned out great! Poke holes and stuff them with fresh garlic cloves. I brushed kitchen bouquet all over then added salt and pepper to stick. Don’t over cook it. Keep the center pink.
