    The flavour was great, I cooked it too long though so it was a bit dry

    It was good but mine was a bit heavy on the garlic. I will use less next time. I have rosemary in the yard so I use it similarly on other meats like pork.

    Meh at best but I think that if I had let the herbs sit on the meat and marinate for a few hours it would have been better. This was my first leg of lamb in 20 years. I will try it again.

    Turned out great but the lemon was too strong..may have only been due to the fact I reduced the recipe as I was only making it for one

    Stunning flavour, lemon gave it a bit of zing, while the garlic and rosemary really infused through the lamb. Will make again!
