    This came out quite soupy, which surprised me, but the taste and flavours were delicious. I found it a bit sweet so might add a bit more lentils and salt when seasoning next time.

    Really enjoyed this and very easy to make, however, I would put less vegetable stock in and possibly use chopped tomatoes instead
