    A bit too thick for my taste but once I added more stock and some milk it got an all round thumbs up! Most recipes need tweaking to your personal taste, I think all would agree, but this is a firm favourite. Also, the day after was even better as all the flavours had fused and settled in so the flavour was even better. I would highly recommend this recipe.

    very tasty and easy to make added a tin of vegetable and lentil soup instead of the vegetable stock
