Tasty and simple. The light butter flavor and spices are delicious. I could have cut the cinnamon a little but didn’t matter it was still good. Only took 40 minutes to bake, I turned them once. Very tender when done.

I went light on the brown sugar. But it was still delicious. I will definitely make again... I didnt like the browner sections of the sweet potatoes so baking will need some modification for my oven.
