Easy to make and very yummy

Very tasty, would make it again. Easy to prepare, didn't use chickpeas, and baked a little bit longer at the end.

I found it a bit bland with the chickpeas, I'd have to modify this recipe if i cooked it again. However it is easy and healthy.

The potatoes I used were a bit too small and they turned out to be too cooked on the surface, almost crunchy. The overall dish, however, is very good and easy to prepare.
