    Excellent recipe for yellow summer squash & zucchini. I used thyme & Italian herbs with the salt & pepper to season. I also doubled the garlic like suggested in the recipe. Baked 20 minutes then sprinkled on the Parmesan, then flipped on the broiler and lightly crisped the edges of the squash. The garlic really makes this dish so flavorful. Served with spaghetti.

    The directions did not seem to be linked to the description, but I followed the general recipe with the ingredients listed for the zuccini. It was not as pretty as the picture, but amazing flavor.
