    DELICIOUS!! I was worried that it would be dry, but it was the opposite plus really good!!! I had a 9.6 half Turkey and had to change the temperature and cook-time. I added garlic to mine, as well.

    Flavor was good. It was very juicy. It did take about 15 minutes longer to roast but was worth the wait.
