Absolutely amazing. So easy to do and I loved the honest flavours. I served it with a sweet potato and squash purée. I rarely make the same dish twice but this turned to be a whole family favourite!

LOVED THIS!! So delicious so flavourful so moorish! This was so easy to do too, which makes me like this even more- and cheap too- no fancy ingredients in here. I had one very happy fiancé and two very clean plates. I actually substituted white wine for non alcoholic wine- it still worked really well. I also added a few more tomatoes. Will be making again very soon possibly for a dinner party too!
