i added potatoes, celery, carrots, sweet peppers, snow peas. i made in in the airfryer so 400 for 20 minutes was too long. at ten minutes the broccoli was done and by 15 everything else was done. amd when i say done i mean really roasted but besides the time difference it came out pretty darn good.

Great for nights that you want to eat in, but not spend time too much time. It's definitely going on my go-to recipes for weeknights. The nutty flavors of the broccoli and garlic really comes through. The recipe says 400 Fahrenheit which is about 220-240 Celsius :)

Very tasty, would advise on the is enough more olive oil than less to ensure the brocoli doesn't become dry! Otherwise an excellent way to prepare brocoli
