I love all kinds of vegetables but broccoli was never my favorite until my teenager made it for us for dinner - absolutely delicious and so easy to make! Even faster in my toaster oven. This is an excellent side dish - made it 3 times so far!

This is always so good and easy! We eat more broccoli than ever because of this recipe... It does require some careful cutting to keep those stems long for every piece. I also cut off the hardest "skin" on them.

Turned out great but I reduced the temperature to 400 F, for around 30 min. Will make this again!!

Followed instructions to the letter and they came out burnt. Watched them cook and as soon as I saw they were burnt I removed them. they were in there at 450 for about 12 minutes. not sure what I did wring but im not wasting my food or money trying it again.

Delicious! Hardest part as always is peeling the garlic. Other than that a breeze.

Crispy but not very flavorful and the oil was really thick. Might make again with some adjustments.

Really nice, converted 450F to 210C which may be incorrect as I felt a little longer was needed.
Next time: Will keep at 210C but try 25mins and leave a couple of cloves whole.

It is so yummy and so easy. However, being Italian, I always bump up the garlic in every recipe, including this one

great! this is going to be a new vegetable staple in my house. added a little more oil just to keep the broccoli moist but it was delicious.

Was able to get the kids to eat their broccoli because of this recipe!! I admit I added a little bit of shredded cheddar. So delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I minced the garlic to avoid eating a chunk of it. Worked out perfect!
