Great for nights that you want to eat in, but not spend time too much time. It's definitely going on my go-to recipes for weeknights. The nutty flavors of the broccoli and garlic really comes through. The recipe says 400 Fahrenheit which is about 220-240 Celsius :)

Very tasty, would advise on the is enough more olive oil than less to ensure the brocoli doesn't become dry! Otherwise an excellent way to prepare brocoli

Easy and delicious! Used way more garlic than recipe called for
Amazing! I baked the broccoli for 40 minutes instead of 20 because the garlic and broccoli were not very golden brown. After 40 minutes I took them out and they were the perfect color to match the perfect taste!
It tasted really weird... never again.
Added more garlic! Needed more than 20 min to roast but was delicious

Tasted great and super easy. I used my garlic press instead of smashing the garlic and leaving huge chunks. Topped it with a little red pepper flakes.
Yummm & easy. cutting the broccoli lengthwise felt like it helped it crisp up even more and the smashed garlic was delicious!
I've done this (just this evening in fact!) and have never looked at broccoli the same way again. Drool....
Needed to bake longer, but very good
