Marinated for a couple hours in a red wine honey and mustard marinade, these pork spareribs are then slow roasted to perfection. Sweet and spicy with a citrusy tang, these pork spareribs make a great dinner.

  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons red wine
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 bay leaves
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (bonnet)
  • salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Place the ribs in a baking tray. Season with salt, lemon juice, and red wine.
    2. Then, prepare the sauce for the seasoning. In a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients, and mix them well. Let stand at least 2 hours.
    3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
