    This recipe was amazing! We added 2 tbls of thyme to it as well and it was super delicious.

    GREAT! I had lamb shoulder chops instead, but who cares...the marinade is fire! I seasoned the meat with Mrs. Dash Table Blend & poultry seasoning (because I hate bland food) & they didn't take away from the flavor of the marinade. Also, no lemons for the zest so I used a bit of lemon juice & got the same flavor & my dijon mustard had white wine in it...that might've helped with flavoring too. This is definitely a keeper...one for the collection!
