    I cannot believe how easy this was to make. I used an All Clad pan to make the dough and the final roti cake. Also, added rosemary to a few of them and served it with the Zucchini and Peas curry dish on Yummly. Thank you very much for this recipe. It was real hit!!
    Roti turned out very well and tasty. They did get a little chewy as they cooled down, otherwise perfect! :-)

    Easy flatbread perfect to eat with meats, curry or sauces. Good texture and not time consuming to prepare.
