  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese (– cubed)
  • 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
  • 2 eggs (– beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • oil (for frying)

    Directions

    1. Mix together the rice and meat. Stir in the parsley, grated cheese and the mozzarella.
    2. Season with the black pepper and garlic powder.
    3. Bind together using one of the beaten eggs.
