    We loved them! I had a lot of zucchinis from my garden and was desperate for ideas of what to do with them. This recipe was too easy not to make and came out great. Everyone I have gifted them to has loved them. I make a lot of different pickles and chutneys every year and these refrigerator pickles are very good!
