  • 1 pound fresh cod fillets (3-4 fillets per pound)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 lemon (large, halved)

    2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
