    These were amazing! Even better after I let them sit for 48hrs. This was my second attempt to make macaroons, so I am slowly improving. If it is your first, follow the advice she gives and try the basic ones first, you will learn so much and it will save you frustration when you try others later. Also, this filling is soooooo good, I was caught just licking the bowl.

    Oh my gosh!!! “Five stars plus” from me and my family. Fantastic recipe, absolutely. If you follow everything in the recipe and watch the video provided in the directions, you’ll get a wonderful macaron with a delicate, crispy shell and a perfect consistency inside. The cream cheese frosting is fantastic, too. Definitely making these again!
