    Directions

    1. Add the shallots, capers, pickles, and garlic to a bowl. Mix well.
    2. Cut the tuna in 1/2-centimeter cubes and add them to the bowl.
    3. Add a few drops of Worcestershire, sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, and vegetable oil and season with a sprinkle of salt.
    4. Cover and marinate refrigerated 20 minutes.
    5. Plate accompanied by toasted crusty bread.
