    Amazing! Used mashed fresh roasted garlic, a little of the roasted garlic oil, nixed the sugar (not sure why that was an ingredient), and used Kerry Gold Irish butter, and hand mashed. OMG, it was heaven with roasted asparagus and grilled steak. Thank you!
