This is FANTASTIC it’s so easy and quick but it’s absolutely delicious and exotic enough to impress. I pounded the chicken flat and chargrilled it in about 8 mins on a super hot griddle with a blowtorch to crisp it up even further, for some delicious burnt bits on the chicken. I also swapped out the tortilla for khobez wraps - amazing!!
