I used frozen spinach as I didn't have kale. It turned out better than I expected, definitely will make again.

Nice mix of ingredients although I don’t like cinnamon so I omitted that but I added some smoked paprika.

I added a chilli and garlic to the roasting tray and roasted the kale in the last 7 minutes instead of boiling. The meal was full of flavour and a good combination of textures. Thank you for the recipe!

I’ve cooked this twice now. Once with coconut oil and once with olive oil and I think it’s tastier if you use olive oil instead :)
Pretty good! I added fried tofu. Would have liked it more with a tasty sauce. I will add that next time.

It was my first try of quinoa. I felt healthy after this meal but the only thing giving the fish flavour was the sweet potato.

I loved this! Was filling, healthy and the potatoes had a nice spicy kick! I did sub spinach instead of kale because thats what i had on hand! Will deff make this again, perfect for lunches or light dinner :)

It was okay, I thought it could've used more spice instead of sweet for the sweet potatoes but that's just my taste. In the future I would probably make this using spicier flavors.
