Pretty good, really refreshing and light for a summer meal. I'll use less honey and add a bit of salt to the dressing next time.

This is a perfect summer salad. I added some grilled chicken and ate it as a meal. It would work great as a side. I will definitely be making this again and will also be using the dressing combination for other salads.

A very delicious & nutritious salad.. Used baby rocket leaves instead of spinach.. Would definitely do it again!
