  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)

  • 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce

    Delicious and super easy! I used Beyond Meat, and added chopped broccoli, asparagus, scallions, ginger, 1/2 a minced thai green chili, and extra hoisin and oyster sauce. Next time I would only use one pack of noodles for two people.

    Needed more body/substance to it. Maybe vegetables(Julienne carrots, bok choy, celery, broccoli and serve on Bibb lettuce leaves. Sauce had good flavor however you may choose to double the amount since it was dry.

    I assume i got the quantities wrong when doubling the volumes. Tasted a little bland, not horrible but not as interesting as id hoped.
