    This was delicious. My husband said it was so good it made him want to be a better person so he could be worthy. Have the ingredients assembled before you begin and it comes together quickly. Definitely opt for the heavy cream.

    Turned out delish. Reminded me of my very first quiche Lorraine that we made after seeing Julia Child make it many years ago. I did omit the milk and used 100% heavy cream.
