  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin, chia, flax)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee (I used Godiva's Pumpkin Spice)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
