  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder

  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco (or cayenne pepper, optional, for spiciness)
