  • 150 grams ham (sliced)
  • 150 grams bacon (sliced)
  • 200 grams mozzarella (grated)
  • oregano

  • 1 egg (beaten)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
    2. Cut the puffed pastry into three sections. Cut two of the sections into diagonal strips, each about 2 centimeters wide.
    3. Spread marinara sauce on the uncut section and sprinkle with oregano. Layer with the ham and bacon and then sprinkle with mozzarella.
    4. Place the diagonal strips over the uncut section to form a braid pattern.
    5. Brush with the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and oregano. Bake until golden brown.
