This has become a holiday staple in my family. The prosciutto can be cut into halves or sometimes even thirds using kitchen shears. We make an equal amount with the prosciutto and without, so we can at least pretend we are eating healthily while also enjoying ourselves.

Great side to a non-salty meal

So good, it takes awhile to wrap but it is so worth it.

Tasty! Would make a great appetizer. Have a nice glass of water to balance out the saltiness of the prosciutto

Turned out a little salty (even with no added salt). Also, given the cost of of prosciutto, I might substitute thin-sliced bacon next time. Added advantage: it's already sliced into strips. Plus, bacon. Two tips: 1) The prosciutto had a tendency to to slip if the asparagus was wet, so make sure your asparagus is dry before wrapping. 2) I recommend using scissors to cut the prosciutto with the plastic dividers still in place. Even my sharpest knife caused it to shred, which made the wrapping process more challenging than it needed to be.
