I loosely followed this recipe but it was amazing. Made them on the grill instead and used fresh tomatoes, added Italian dressing, liquid aminos and some dried spices.

It turned out fantastic. Added half of habanero pepper for some extra kick 😉. very filling.

This was ok. I didn’t have the chile peppers so just threw in some red pepper seeds. But it was a little on the bland side. I’ve made many versions of stuffed portobello that I enjoy more.

Amazing dish will definitely make it again. Didn’t have coconut flour so I use cassava flour, still came out great!

It’s a five star. I couldn’t get the fifth on to activate.Definitely a make again dish. I left out dried tomatoes cuz not a fan. Subbed bell peppers. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Modified to exclude yeast… mixed in grated guoda cheese and balsamic in the spinach mix.

Delicious recipe! I ended up using kale as I didnt have spinach, but looking forward to remaking it with spinach!

Very filling. The stuffing could have used a little crunch for a contrast in textures. Tasted great!

Absolutely delicious. I’m aiming for a more plant based diet but often feel a lack of substance with vegan recipes. That was not the case with this one. Great flavor and satisfying. Will 100% make again but I’ll double the recipe. (I didn’t have coconut flour so I used almond and it worked and tasted fine.)
