    My dinner guests absolutely loved this. It's well worth the effort to strain off the juice and reduce it down it makes a heavenly gravy. I'll definitely be making again.

    All my guests loved it including my teenage sons! I’m a vegan so I didn’t but it did smell delicious. I’ve printed this off now to go into my family favourites collection 😊
