- Freeze pork for 30 to 45 minutes for ease in slicing; cut across grain into 1/4-inch strips.
- In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender; drain any water. Stir in stir-fry sauce; heat through.
- Fluff rice with fork. Serve pork and vegetables over rice. Add soy sauce, if desired.
