    Very good recipe but my elderly parents didn’t like the small amount of heat from the cayenne pepper. I thought it was fine but will recut in half next time.

    Tasted good. Would like to have a bit more flavor. I may have used more than a pound of pork. Will marinate longer next time to see if it enhances flavor.

    Turned out a bit dry. But that may be the cooking temp. The meat still had a good taste though. Next time I will use indirect heat to cook on the BBQ.

    Great marinade! We added pineapple between the pork and smoked it on our pellet grill. The pineapple and spice really complimented each other!
