    Excellent, not too time consuming and impressive to plate. I also used egg noodles for a side, usually i like poppy seed but my boyfriend wanted an onion and cream sauce to put on the pasta, was great with the pork too. That plus peas made a full meal, just be mindful to not fry too long or to get too thick of a piece of tenderloin, mine could have been a bit more tender.

    Extremely easy and extremely tasty. Recommend it with lemon and a curry, paprika, ketchup mixture to dip.
