  • 650 grams pork ribs (cut in strips)
  • 1/2 pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cassis (Creme de)
  • 1/3 tablespoon ginger (fresh or dried, grated)
