  • 2 pita breads
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 tablespoons refried beans
  • cheese (Sliced)
  • chipotle salsa

    Directions

    1. Heat the pita bread until soft, cut into halves and with the pocket part opened.
    2. Spread the inside of the pita with the beans and fill with slices of ham and cheese. Drizzle with chipotle sauce.
    3. Close the pocket and place each pita into a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
    4. Serve.
