I used a fresh cut pineapple and used maple syrup instead of pineapple juice. it took much longer to bake but was still very good.

Really good, I tried a different recipe a while ago and something went wrong but this recipe was much better and the cake came out great.

I love it. It will be my go-to recipe for pineapple upside down cake. The quantities are on point. Everything was coming together nicely!
