    My family did not care for it. It had too much pineapple, and they did not like the corn in it. It was also lacking in flavor. We did not use the ham, so maybe that made the difference. Used fresh pineapple.

    Fantastic but I had to substitute stuff because I didn’t have a few of the called for ingredients used kielbasa instead of ham; used jasmine rice; used fresh veggies instead of frozen peas and corn; used olive oil because I’m allergic to sesame oil; used 3/4 C crushed pineapple as I had no chunks or tidbits. Still turned out great

    Some protien would enhance it but this totally stands on its own. I used fresh grated ginger instead of powdered and added a yellow bell pepper.

    Easy to make. Will substitute chicken for the ham next time. Added some pineapple juice for extra flavor. Will make again for sure.
