    I added a bit more pesto and it turned out great. There was nothing left by the end of the potluck because everyone enjoyed it.

    Doubled the amount of pesto and added small bit of balsamic at end! Turned out amazing! (I also swapped the Parmesan for nutritional yeast to make it vegan.)
