    Love this. I’ll make it again. Thankfully I have mint in my garden. It would be pretty expensive to buy a half cup’s worth of mint.

    The base is right but to make it more authentic, I added in the juice of two freshly squeezed lemons and a lot more olive oil and salt to taste. My Arabian husband said it tastes just like ‘home’.

    Really good! A bit salty for my liking. I didn’t have any mint 😕. Added cilantro and it was really yummy anyway.
