WOW. It is a wonderful recipe. I made it yesterday and it was eaten by the evening. I will be making it again tomorrow and hiding it! lol

The directions are spot on. The cake was delicious and only lasted 2 days! Donbe heavy handed with the cooking spray-it may cause crispy edges.

Superb cake! It was a lot of steps, but worth it. It wasn't dry at all, as promised in the recipe.

Made cupcakes that are fluffy, and delicious. The batter was perfect. I added the extra baking soda that was suggested in the notes and they rose nicely.

The batter was nice and fluffy. I am super impressed by the way it turned out 😁 everyone at home loved it. I also used the same batter into cup cake moulds and my 2.5 year old loved it. Thank you for your wonderful recipe
