    I loved this and so did my family- meat eaters and vegetarians alike. I doubled the recipe, no problem. Next time I will combine the veggies and sauce, then slowly add the noodles because they broke up as I was combining. No one cared, but it’s more fun to have the long noodles. You could use fresh veggies but the frozen was a time saver. Might include some baked tofu next time, but it doesn’t need it.

    Delicious. Might use a touch less peanut butter next time as I found it quite sticky, but still, delicious.

    So yummy! I used fresh vegetables instead of frozen though 😊 perfect amout of heat, one of my favourite stir-frys 😊

    Not so good, way to much of a peanut butter & bitter taste in the sauce. I ditched the sauce and sautéed some tofu and tossed the noodles and tofu and veggies together.
