    I was looking for something simple and quick to use up my bananas so this was a good solution! It is more cake like due to the lack of added oil. Also added some shredded coconut, I probably should have added a little fat since I used a natural peanut butter but it’s still very tasty!

    It's an instant classic in our house! Full of food value and delicious. I add nuts and dried fruit. In double batches use an 11x13 pan.
