    This is almost like how my family makes it only instead of ketchup we use a can of whole cranberries... it makes for a delicious gravy w the juices from the meat. Another tip: my dad loves brisket, but when he got older he have some trouble eating it; so I started adding beef broth and it made the brisket extra moist and everyone loves my brisket!

    Loved it! Thrilled I can cook brisket in the OVEN and it turns out tender & delicious. Will definitely make this again!
