  • cream (33-35% fat – 300 ml)
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 0.5 pods vanilla
  • gelatin (– plate 1.5, or 1 tsp powder)
  • butter (A little)
  • 30 grams milk chocolate

    Directions

    1. 1. Soak gelatin in 2 tbsp water for 5-7 minutes. Molds with a capacity of 150-200 ml. grease with butter;
    2. 2. 230-240 ml. pour cream into a small bucket and add the sugar. Cut the vanilla pod with a sharp blade’re scraping the grains, put them and the pod to the cream;
    3. 3. Over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the cream until bubbles, remove from heat and take out the vanilla pod;
